Our Terms of Service are here to make sure that your project runs smoothly and is fair to everyone involved. Please take a couple of minutes to read over the process so you know what to expect, what we promise to do and what will be required of you.
Timescale
Music editing and CD compilations can usually be completed in a matter of days depending on our workload. Custom music (cover versions, re-records etc) will take longer depending on your requirements. Changes and additions after we've started may result in delays.
Prices and Quotes
We price each job individually to give you the best value. Quotes will cover a specific job. Additions and changes may be charged as a new project or at an hourly rate.

The most important thing you can do to help your project run smoothly and to schedule is to be clear about what you want.
Preview
For custom music we will send you a preview copy of your audio with an audio watermark for you to approve before you have to pay a penny.
Payment
Once you have approved your track(s) we will invoice you via PayPal. You can pay via your PayPal account or major credit / debit card. We never receive your credit card details and everything is dealt with by PayPal's secure payment system. In special circumstances we may accept other payment methods but these are likely to delay delivery.
Refunds
Our products and services are custom so we cannot offer refunds if you change you mind.
Delivery
Items will be dispatched once payment has been received in full. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We are happy to use insured / tracked services where available at your request.
Licensing
All our music use is properly licensed through PRS for Music.
Exclusivity
We reserve the right to re-use music recorded for custom projects.
Liability
We cannot accept liability for things going wrong on the day. We use high quality CDs and equipment. Please make sure that the CD player at the venue works properly and will read CD-R's.
